Déjà Brew, your Coffee?
Greetings everyone, let us introduce ourselves over a brief, yet quite interesting fact that not many people know or acknowledge, here it is: Did you know that the 2nd most traded good (commodity) around the world after oil & gas is coffee? So yes, this also means that on average coffee itself makes the world (and us, of course) wake up in the morning, move our asses around & be functional humans in this ever-growing time-consuming society, it can be fundamentally said that « Humanity runs on coffee », (we don’t claim this quote, but it might as well been told by us) Now, we’ve got your attention, let us introduce ourselves and describe us as well, what kind of revelations and useful content you might find here, and why you might read it.
The name’s Déjà Brew Café, established in 2020, we are a new coffee startup from the D.R. that is collaborating with the coffee revolution that’s taking place in the country, our mission is to uplift the coffee experience in the D.R. & the globe, through inclusive, engaging & sustainable solutions to both producers & consumers. As well as to create opportunities that are mutually beneficial opportunities for those who participate in the coffee world. Alongside this, we want to elevate Dominican coffee by showing off its potential to the globe.

There are many reasons why we’re creating this blog besides the obvious (¡content, duh!), but the main one is that we want to share, teach, express, and learn all about the coffee we love and that you will come to love as well, from teaching people about the latest & earlier coffee updates, origins, trends, coffee place that we love (¡besides ours, of course!), recipes, brewing methods, brewing guides, brewing tools, Inspiration, art, all things coffee and things that represent the essence of what we do here at Déjà Brew Café. Creating a community & connecting with it, is the most valuable asset our company could ever hope to achieve and to integrate all of the different participants into our family is our vision realized
Latterly our utmost goal is to create a sense of belonging in our community, the coffee world is a huge one, and many hands are involved in bringing these amazing beverages (which makes humanity more decent) to our tables, and connecting with them through our platform or any other platform that has the same mission, making their work visible is the main reason of why you should check this blog or any of the other channels by which we grow our community and make its reach even further.
